I haven’t received my gems
If you have not received your gems after following the instructions from the generator, please wait one hour and then try again. You should try to generate your gems at least three times before considering contacting our support about this issue. We have chosen to not reply to any gem or gold support queries unless you have tried to generate gems and failed at least three times.
If you have successfully tried to generate gems numerous of times and it still does not work. Please contact us at [email protected] and our team will do their best to help you get your generated gems to your account.
